Cancellation Policy
At Vanity Beauty Lounge, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality experiences to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: 1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure any service over $50. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $20 deposit will still be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. 3. No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $20 deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
